Anlass: Plankritik 2 von C1 (After Install), fremde pyproject.toml im Windows-Temp.
Gegenprobe an sechs mutanten.toml im Vault: gleiche Ergebnisse, C1 unter Windows-Temp jetzt 69 OK statt 101 FEHLT.
